At Y111Z, we prioritize quality and client satisfaction. Our refund policy ensures transparency and fairness in all our services.

Project Milestones and Refunds

Projects are planned in milestones, beginning with a detailed discovery and scope of work document. This ensures mutual understanding and prevents cancellations or disputes. Refunds are not provided for completed milestones or work already delivered.

Termination and Completed Work

If a project is terminated mutually, the client retains ownership of completed work, and payments for uncompleted phases are void. However, no refunds will be issued for payments already made.

Design Approval and Development

Refunds are not available once mock-up designs are approved and the project moves into the development phase. Partial refunds are not provided for projects in mid-milestone.

Special Offers and Marketing Services

Services purchased under promotions or special offers are non-refundable. SEO and digital marketing packages cannot be refunded, but clients may cancel with a 30-day prior written notice.

Dormant or Abandoned Projects

Payments for projects abandoned or left inactive for more than 30 days are non-refundable. Active engagement is encouraged to avoid project dormancy.
